"Staff was friendly, room was clean and safe, my only issue was the traffic noise, if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway noise, otherwise i recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was good. Expedia, well not so much. Booked stay for Tuesday thru Thursday but then needed to change dates to Monday thru Wednesday. Nope couldn’t do it unless loose my money. Had to book another reservation for Monday only, and eat the Thursday unused room. Sorry Expedia you suck, I don’t care how cheap your rooms are."

"Great"

"Property was under construction/ remodel and we were not notified until checking in. We had no amenities available to us, and on our final night , the front desk woke us up at midnight and said there was a complaint"

"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially want to recognize James, who helped us with both check-in and check-out. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. His customer service was absolutely on point! It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a...

"Staff was very nice"

"We stayed for 2 nights. Both rooms they gave us had dirty sheets but we didnt want to move again after the 2nd room so we asked for clean sheet to put on the bed ourselves and they charged us for them. There were hairs all over the place and the floors were so filthy that when i put fresh clean brand new socks on after I got out of the shower the socks were black at the bottom from just walking around the room before bed. We needed to wash a load but were not able because the machine only took...

"Very nice for the price"

"The hotel overbooked the double queen rooms, so we got a king with a sofa bed. This was frustrating as that is NOT what I booked. There was also a very loud argument happening in the hallway outside of our door that frightened my children (screaming, banging on the walls, doors slamming) and when I reached out to the front desk, I was basically asked "what do you want me to do about it". I told the person to take care of it or call the cops. It was not handled for at least 20-30 minutes. ...

"I like that it was a walking distance to Walmart, hair salon, Mexican restaurant and the CAT transportation service is cheap and reliable"

"Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town."
