"Staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. Every appeared to enjoy being there and liked their work. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed. The swimming pool was warm the kids had heaps to do. The location by the lake was perfect. We'd definitely return. "

"Too many minor issues with our room such as a broken shower head, carpet tacks sticking out of carpet, two single beds joined together but advertised as a extra large double bed, broken phone and kettle etc, reduced the enjoyment of our stay. I would not stay here again"

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks"

"The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!! "The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is.
