This was the worst experience we’ve ever had :(
Our room cards suddenly stopped working at 11am when we were rushing to get ready and check out. So we were locked out and it made us late to our next appointment and added so much unnecessary stress to our day. Dirtiest couch I’ve seen in the lounge. The front desk staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional, except for 2 individuals that knew their job and understood hospitality. They mismanaged our booking, took them 20 minutes to find my parents’ booking because they arrived a day later than their reservation arrival date. I had talked to 2 staff members about their later arrival the day before to make sure their check-in would go smoothly after their long travel. But they just don’t know how to do their job and they almost made my parents pay again!! The room was accidentally booked for 1 person, so it only had 1 breakfast. I paid for the extra breakfast for my parents during their check-in because we learned from another staff member that it is significantly cheaper to pay at check-in. The staff member that checked my parents in had no clue about this, had to go talk to other staff, and kept no record of my payment. The next day when my parents were checking out, the staff tried to charge them again for that breakfast that I paid for the day before. We were in a rush and had to catch our ride to the next destination so this made our checkout so frustrating and absolutely ruined our day.
