There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could...

"Great Home Away From Home!This house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is located in quite a neighborhood and is centrally located for family activities, nightlife, shopping, and food.We throughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house was fully stocked for our needs (e.g. pots, pans, towels, toilet paper, paper towels). They even had guest Netflix and Hulu!Scarlett was very responsive to all my questions before and during the trip. We had an issue with the hot tub due to a recent storm....

"The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. The property has a microwave that opens like a drawer and the kids were thrilled with that. Everything was clean...
