The ANTICA FONTE holiday home is a spacious and welcoming home located in Tavullia.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
The house, entirely renovated in 2015, has a large garden with swimming pool available only for apartment guests. In the garden, in a shaded area and in front of the swimming pool, guests have at their disposal a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, ... as well as a table where they can prepare and enjoy food and drinks in absolute relaxation and tranquility.
Tavullia is the ideal starting point to quickly reach the nearest urban centers and the numerous places of historical and cultural interest in the Marche and Romagna.
The house is located near medieval villages and castles, such as Gradara, Motegridolfo, Mondaino... The towns of Pesaro, Fano and the beautiful Urbino can be reached in a very short time.
5 km from the Antica Fonte is the San Bartolo Natural Park, the first promontory on the Adriatic for those arriving from the north, with the villages of Fiorenzuola, Casteldimezzo and Gabicce Monte and the picturesque beach of Fiorenzuola.
For those who love nature and uncontaminated spaces, a short distance away there is the Furlo reserve where it is possible to do numerous activities such as excursions and climbing, but also simple picnics with family or friends thanks to the numerous equipped areas.
Furthermore, in Tavullia, a small village on the hills between Romagna and Marche, everything recalls Valentino Rossi, the greatest motorcycling rider of all time.

Clean and comfortable

nice home with a pool that unfortunately was not heated. however, the walk up the stairs to town was great and we ate at a couple of great resturants in the little town. host was great and the mother living in lower unit was a kick.

An Italian dream - so beautiful and quiet!

If you go to Tavullia, make sure to book with Elena and Luciano!! The house is more than the pictures show: - Outside kitchen next to the pool (BBQ, Induction cooking, fridge, sink, even a dishwasher!!) - 3 (!!) totally new bathrooms + 1 toilet at the poolside - Every (!!!) room is equipped with a fridge - Every (!!!) room is equipped with air condition AND ventilation - Own parking with locked gate This is not one of the mediterranean houses where things might work or might not. EVERYTHING in this house is new and well maintained and well done. We have been to >10 B&Bs in Italy - none of them was so clean and tidy and so well equipped! When we arrived, Elena welcomed us with a homemade, delicious cake...Luciano comes every day to clean the pool, you do not even have to care of the garbage...this is really a full service B&B! So incredibly nice people...we became friends with Luciano and Elena - and in case there is anything you need, ask lovely Nonna who lives downstairs. We will return to this peaceful, lovely, luxurious and friendly place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to go!!

Séjour collines de Pesaro

Superbe maison moderne refaite à neuf et de très bonne qualité. Tout est bien pensé (par exemple avec climatisation ET ventilateurs au plafond dans toutes les pièces). Il y a une cuisine dehors en plus et la piscine est grande avec une super vue. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, à la fois discrets et présents sì nécessaire. On reviendra sans doute.

Très bel endroit

Luciano et Elena nous accueillent dans la maison familiale. L’appartement du haut est réservé pour la location. La maman de Luciano vit en bas. Le jardin avec cuisine extérieure et magnifique piscine est privatif. Luciano vient tous les jours entretenir la piscine vers 11h du matin. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux de notre bien-être. Village calme et très agréable à proximité de restaurants, de la mer …C’était un réel plaisir!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis met eigen zwembad

Heerlijke tijd gehad op deze plek. Fantastisch ruim zwembad, genoeg ligbedjes en een buitenkeuken met koelkast, vaatwassertje, dubbele inductiekookplaat en een grote Weber BBQ. Ruim vakantiehuis met 2 volwaardige slaapkamers en 1 woonkamer met slaapbank. 3 complete badkamers (douche, wastafel, wc en bidet). TV in zowel woonkamer als keuken. Keuken is compleet op een vaatwasser na. Zeer schoon!

Traumurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten, Pool und der Blick sind herrlich. Nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ein tolles Lokal, eine Eisdiele und eine Bäckerei. Dennoch....habe ich Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden, die mich persönlich gestört haben. Für andere sind sie vielleicht unwichtig. Lt. Ausschreibung mietet man ein ganzes Haus. Tatsächlich ist es eine große Wohnung im 1. OG. Im EG wohnt die Mutter der Vermieter. Das heißt, man ist nicht ganz alleine. Was mich noch gestört hat ist, dass die Vermieter jeden Tag kommen und sich um den Pool zu kümmern. Das ist grundsätzlich positiv. Nur leider sind sie immer so gegen 11 Uhr gekommen. Zu einer Zeit, wo wir selbst schon am Pool waren. Außerdem wurde zu dieser Zeit der Reinigungsroboter im Pool angeschaltet. Aber wenn man das weiß, kann man vielleicht im Vorfeld besprechen, dass die Vermieter früh morgens oder am Abend kommen. Wie gesagt, das stört viele vielleicht nicht. Wir haben uns für 2 Personen ein Haus gemietet um wirklich alleine zu sein.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tavullia und Umgebung. Es gibt viel in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Viele unserer Tipps erhielten wir von den Gastgebern Elena & Luciano. Die beiden sind der Inbegriff von Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit willkommen und sind beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit und dem angenehmen Miteinander. An dieser Stelle nochmals lieben Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit und ein großes Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder …..

Wonderful house in beutiful place

A very nice area and the house is having a beautiful garden with great facilities for both relaxing and preparing meals. So nice hosts, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment, which is on upper floor with own entrance from outside, has spacious, clean and nicely decorated bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen also well equipped, clean and with a large fridge. The house is in a quiet area, perfect for vacation. Highly recommended!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser komfortablen und wunderschönen Unterkunft. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Garten mit Landschaft war sehr erholsam. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigen. Luciano und Elena waren sehr aufmerksam und Gastfreundlich… Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und super eingerichtet. Das jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt ist nicht oft zu sehen und sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter Elena und Luciano ist toll. Immer hilfsbereit, unheimlich nette Menschen. Zu guter Letzt darf der Salzwasserpool im großen Garten nicht vergessen werden. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Liebhaber guten italienischen Eises haben einen kurzen Weg über ein paar Treppen zu einer Gelateria.
