"Property was great. The condo was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant at the end of the property. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view was incredible every day!!! We were diving in Tavernier so this location was awesome. Check in at the gate was easy to get the parking pass. Definitely will stay here again in the future. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and we were able to get in the door with no issues. We had no problems on our stay. "

"Our family has stayed here several times. The property is great and the fishing is fabulous. It’s our home away from home once a year. I enjoy preparing family meals in the updated kitchen. All the tools are available. The maintenance staff are great and respond quickly if needed The peacocks come to visit daily hoping you left a crumb. We can’t wait to visit next year. "

"What a GREAT experience. The views in the morning and evening were wonderful , like OMG wonderful. Slept like a baby on the water. The faculties in the marina were wonderful, shower by pool was nice roomy and HOT water. Would definitely stay here again!"

"If you are looking for something different and more of an experience for your stay, this house boat is something to consider. You have to take a dingy (very stable) out the the boat, a decent distance offshore, but everything worked great and was easy to operate. We brought groceries with us and there is a nice kitchen area and refrigerator that worked well for us. The stay on the boat was a nice getaway if you are looking for some solitude and quietness. Plenty of space on the boat to hang out...

"We stay at Ocean Pointe every time we visit. Nice amenities. They have addressed the warm pool water with a cooling system, the temperature was perfect this trip. The condo was great. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing we would have wanted was a dresser and TV in the bedroom. "
