The amenities at the property were great (pool, beach, on site restaurant)! The unit itself was not the cleanest and lacked some basics like enough dishes for 5 people. The master bath has definitely seen better days. Overall it was a fine home base for our family of 5.

We loved the condo and pool. Location was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our time. Tv/internet didn’t stay connected unfortunately and the dryer was not working right. We were able to deal. The shower curtain was very gross and the closet space was deceiving so we couldn’t put our stuff away as planned. Owner communicated quite a bit but didn’t respond about the curtain but it was late in our stay anyways.

Sean thanks for an amazing week in Tavernier. We loved the property. If you stay here, hit the dock at night for cool endless Southern Atlantic breeze and relaxation. Pool great, grounds great. But now for Sean’s condo. At VRBOs we experience barebones typically and we are happy as long as it’s clean and updated. But this unit has EVERYTHING! Fishing poles, coolers, a beach cart, beach towels, bath towels, plastic glasses, real glasses, everything for cookout (EVERYTHING but the charcoal). He even has bath epsom salts.. I don’t use those but wow! Then most VRBOs give you a day or two of paper towels and TP. Not Sean. You stay here, buy your groceries, but get here to the immaculately clean updated kitchen and start cooking. I added some spices to his already extensive spice collection…but the collection has everything we needed to cook or barbecue downstairs at the grills! I would say this is the model VRBO host and an amazing property at an amazing price. Book it!
