"This is a beautiful place. The reason I give a 4☆ is only due to the location of our room was above the ballroom. They open the valconies and the music was very loud. They had parties every day. I must say the first night was really bad, but the other two after we explained we couldn't sleep the volume was lower. There is nothing walking distance. If you driving like us, it is crazy no matter what time. I would stay closer to sorrento."

"We arrived late in the evening and were offered a family room within the hotel paying a little extra. It was worthy as we where closed to the reception area and the restaurant where breakfast was served.
We had a comfortable double bed and our son used the sofa bed which was good too. Bathroom was nice with a shower, no bath. Towels were changed mostly daily. The breakfast was really nice, plenty of variety and great coffee.
The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a lovely dinner in the...

"Good location. Excellent parking. Good staff. Bit of confusion at checkout. We payed in full before arriving but they want the full amount at checkout. Once they checked they had made the error and straighten it out. Kind of a shock after a nice stay. The breakfast could be better."

"La millor opció es anar amb cotxe, i deixar-lo al Pk que l’hotel te a 200m que es gratuït i que tot i no està vigilat, es una bona opció. A la època que hem anat nosaltres el tema de restauració era inexistent. Es un hotel molt recomanable per anar a descansar i a desconectar…"

"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in"
