Facility is very clean and staff are nice. There were special snack from 8 - 10 p.m. with ramen or ice cream for one guest during my visit.

Loved the central location to Matsumoto train and bus station. The hotel was walking distance to the castle, frog walkway, Media Garden and restaurants. The room was comfortable and loved the self-service amenities offered (toiletry options, coffee, tea). Would definitely stay again!
