"This cabin has gorgeous views and is well stocked (games, books, cards, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of kitchen supplies). Deer come right up to the deck each morning and night. I am not sure why others have made comments in their review about the cabin needing improvements. I disagree. It’s a cabin in the mountains. You should not expect this to be the equivalent of a penthouse suite in a downtown hotel. It’s an amazing mountain cabin. Any questions we had, Conrad was quick to answer....

"We loved staying at this property! When we drove up, we were in awe of the scenery. You can look right off the back deck onto a spectacular scenery of mountains! It was breathtaking. The cabin is super cute. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. The cool mountain air was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and clean. And, the shower had good water pressure making for a satisfying shower. The kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed. We cooked a lot of meals here and...

"Absolutely beautiful, the most perfect getaway. Secluded but close enough to get out and check out all the ‘touristy’ attractions. Loved everything about it!"

"Decided to rent this cabin for a last minute R&R trip. The cabin was nice and had a lot of amenities. The kitchen had everything needed if you plan to prepare meals or bake. However, the beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, very firm. They were so firm, they brought out every ache and pain imaginable. I've traveled a lot so I'm used to beds not being exactly as I'd like but usually they are in the middle of firm & soft. I almost left early since i wasn't getting sleep (rest, the 1st R in R&R). "The house is absolutely fantastic! It's easy to access - it's a dirt road, but wide and smooth, no twists and turns. There's a car port to park in, which I highly suggest you do because we had hail a couple times. There are a few other properties nearby, but it still has a very quiet, secluded feel about it. "We had an excellent family weekend at this location. The proximity to fossil beds, cripple creek & eleven mile canyon was great. We spent the days exploring the area and the evenings enjoying the extremely well equipped cabin. "
