"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war hervorragend und alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und...

"Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent. Reception said in the morning that someone was smoking in their room, however the alarm was activated at the main reception. Also the fire box in the corridor was smashed. "We were very happy with the apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard garden. The block was quiet and the apartment well equipped with everything we needed. The staff on the phone before arriving were helpful and the check in and out as well as the luggage storage was professional, efficient and very friendly. We would happily stay here again.
