"This house is dated for sure (in the best way imaginable). The detail was endless, everywhere you looked there was something new and exciting to discover. Then once you get past the decor, the views were spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on both levels in room after room. Watch the ships come in and out of the shipyard was fun, especially at night. Would stay again 100%. "

"Great accommodation, very homely. Small things like the wall light at the bathroom door helped at night. Cosey, and very close to town centre. Would stay again."

"Good location but the lack of sound proofing from neighbouring property was a detractor. Fine for a short stay. "

"Absolutely loved our stay - lovely clean unit and stunning gardens. Unfortunately no opportunity to visit the beach on this visit but could occasionally hear the surf. Highly recommend"

"We enjoyed this accomodation. It was quiet, had a comfortable bed, was in a great location. Treats provided were appreciated. We found a number of places to eat and drink. Almost spoiled for choice. We enjoyed the street art and went to the 4th Street Theatre to view a show commemorating Galipoli. A great way to spend Easter and Anzac weekends."

"Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable."
