Tanger Outlet Center

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Riu in NYC. The room was very clean however a bit too small for 4 people. Upon check-in we received 2 bottles of complementary water in the room, when requested for 2 additional, 1 per person, the gentleman’s response was go to the restaurant to purchase additional water or use the faucet in the bathroom. Another major concern is the elevator system during breakfast hours. Apparently the process to access the restaurant is via the elevators therefore causing an extreme long delays. We had to eventually walk down 12 stories after waiting 15mins for an elevator. Other than that, location is great and I may consider staying here on another trip to NYC.

El hotel está muy bien y muy cuidado, muy ubicado, el personal en front desk también es atento. El problema son los de seguridad que son muy prepotentes y te tratan a gritos, intentaron intimidarme preguntándome mi nombre sin identificarse. El personal de limpieza si no les dejas propina, hacen su trabajo a medias. Si lo recomiendo por la ubicación y los desayunos incluidos. Solo ser precavidos con el personal que comente
