  • Esta casa de concepto abierto completamente renovada, recién amueblada seguramente lo hará sentir cómodo mientras disfruta de su estadía en Apollo Beach. ¡Imagínese tomando su café de la mañana en el muelle, mientras ve delfines o manatíes nadando cerca! La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones con camas nuevas, colchones y ropa de cama, además de un sofá cama (con un colchón de gel / espuma viscoelástica) en la sala de estar. También hay una cama de aire tamaño queen para su comodidad.
    La suite principal cuenta con una cama King, un armario de gran tamaño, una ducha doble y una salida a la zona de la piscina. La piscina está climatizada con energía solar. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y también sale a la piscina. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio también.
    La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, vajilla, utensilios de cocina y ofrece hermosas vistas del agua. Las encimeras de granito y una gran barra de desayuno permiten amplios asientos para todos.
    Las grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio se extienden por la parte trasera de la casa y brindan una sensación de amplitud y amplitud en todo momento del día. Se proporciona Internet inalámbrico, así como cámaras de seguridad al aire libre y televisores inteligentes nuevos en toda la casa.

Stu and Kim have a beautiful home and they were great to work with on the reservation. Amenities were fantastic and the property is everything they promise. From the views to the reclining sofas to the sparking pool, we couldn’t pick just one thing that made our vacation special!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house! What makes it special for our family is the pool, the dock, and the two shower heads in the master suite! We saw manatees everyday and caught countless fish off the dock. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay and it was perfect again. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kids love the pool and we enjoy the dock for fishing. The location is great. Our host responds back right away. We did not want to leave! Hopefully will be back in near future!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. Couldn’t recommend more. Communication with the host was brilliant when there was an issue with Expedia themselves. The home itself is great. Styled perfectly, had all the amenities we needed (two infants in our party), everything you need for pool days, beach days and more. Lovely dock overlooking the water to fish off, manatees, dolphins and rays every day even out of season. Great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Supermarket so close by. Have stayed in many homes in Florida over the last 20+ years and this was up there with the best. Would definitely recommend the home and the area!

Host was prompt in communication. House was very nice. All rooms were clean and had everything we needed. If in the area again we would stay here a second time. The weather was not great so we did not get to use the pool but the house was cozy and comfortable.

Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Clean, well stocked and in a safe location. The pool and deck area was a great place to hang out in between trips to the beach. The owner was communicative and made the sign in/out process easy. My family would certainly come back!

Very clean and a fun location.

The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Home Away From Home

This property was truly a gem. Beautiful remodeled property that featured everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home in a quite neighborhood then this is the place for you!

This house was fabulous and lived up to our expectations and then some! We loved the screened-in patio and pool area! The water was always clean and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool toys. I enjoyed the alcove off the kitchen outside when I needed a respite from the sun. It also protected from the wind later in the evening.The house itself was beautiful with wide sliding doors opening to the patio all along that side of the house. The reclining couches in the living and family roomsWere the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in!Can’t think of one thing that was missing in the kitchen; all our needs were met.Both the owners and the caretakers in Florida were easy to reach, and so friendly and helpful!It was a great stay!

We loved staying at this rental home! It was updated, very clean, and had all we needed for our vacation, even beach chairs for our beach days and pool toys for the kids, a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed fishing on the dock and caught snook and lady fish and saw dolphin and manatee! We didn’t want to leave!

Great pick for our family

This house was more than we even expected. It the perfect fit for our family. They had plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy their time as well. We loved that the neighborhood was quite. We will definitely be returning again!

Everything was perfect here although it is a bit on the expensive side. Stuart was an excellent host and answered all questions promptly.

The property was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed having a pool on site. There was an outside light that blinked off and on during the night, which was distracting. Overall we enjoyed our time and had a nice time.

Staycation

Very nice home with everything needed to enhance your vacation. Had a staycation and selected this home due to water access and location. Apollo Beach had everything you could need. Ventured to Siesta Key for a day of jet skiing one day then to Tampa for a day on the boat another day. Relaxed in the home to recover and enjoyed great dinners using the large kitchen and nice grill. Would stay here again.

Relaxing view

Our family had a blast relaxing and enjoying the pool and fishing in the afternoon and while we did that we were able to see manitees and dolphins. I really enjoyed opening the patio doors to the master bedroom at night and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we needed and we would love to book again!

Like new house with Great pool

The house was spacious, newly updated with a brand new kitchen. Huge master bedroom with an awesome double shower. We loved the pool, it was a wonderful 80 degrees. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins nearly every day. Easy walk to restaurants.

Beautiful Property

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Solar cover on pool worked great, water temp was mid 80s. Very relaxing. Would stay here again when coming to this area. Many thanks to the hosts.
