This property requires a separate lease agreement to be signed before you’re allowed to secure the property. Never had to do this before on any other VRBO listing.Bring ice, no ice maker.

Close to the highway

We did a lot of traveling while here and the easy highway access was perfect. I will say that the area around this place is sketchy but overall we felt safe, the neighbors were very nice and the property has security cameras. We didn’t have any incidents or safety concerns and we were familiar with the area before staying so this didn’t bother us. As for amenities, the little pool was perfect for our 2yo who was able to stand in it and have her head out of the water completely, there are 3 smart TVs and the internet was fast. The beds were comfortable and had hotel quality linen. Also of note, the little coffee section had syrup flavors, which we loved.

Relaxing

It’s a small house but a great size for a small family. My son loved a little pool in the backyard. Owner was nice, easy to communicate, he’s understanding and helpful.
