  • This 2650 sf hidden gem sits on 2.4 acres filled with LIVE OAK trees and beautiful azaleas and camellias(seasonal). Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop.

    RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home!

    Well located for all that central Florida has to offer. AIRPORT-22 mi.; Ybor/Downtown-14/15 mi.; Hard Rock CASINO-8 mi.; Busch Gardens-14 mi.; Gulf BEACHES-39 mi.; DISNEY-55 mi.; NASA-105mi; Shopping MALL-9 mi.

This place was amazing! Beautiful surroundings! We especially loved the outdoor seating area! Wish the pool was heated. I realize Florida is hot majority of the time and that’s probably why it’s not heated. We stayed in April perhaps that’s why…..it was just too cold to even enjoy. Despite that, I still Highly recommend! Kitchen was well stocked! Loved that they had a washer and dryer!

Christmas 2024

Our stay was excellent and perfectly suited to my family’s needs during our Christmas trip. The property was clean and well-maintained, with minor roof damage from a previous hurricane that did not impact our stay in any way. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we would happily stay here again

2nd stay at this property and we loved it even more.

We booked this property last year and stayed for a guys weekend of gaming and relaxing. We loved it so much we booked it again for this year and will be doing so again for a 3rd time as well.

The location was great for us to connect with all our family who lives across central Florida. Great central location for day trips throughout the week. Close to grocery stores for quick trips to grab essentials. A little off the beaten path so sometimes it was a little longer drive to some restaurants but nothing inconvenient, just plan for that with a hungry toddler haha! Great communication and responsiveness from hosts. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest of all the VRBOs we have stayed at which is always helpful when rushing out the door with a toddler in tow! Would 100% rent again if we do a similar family trip next year!

The home was very clean upon arrival. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The home features lots of space in all the rooms. We appreciated having the Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. All the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are nice with towels provided. The WiFi is excellent as well. There are three smart TVs. There is ample parking. The lanai is shaded and makes a great afternoon gathering place. The pool is not heated so we didn’t use it. The kitchen and breakfast counter is another great gathering place.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful home, furnishings, and lot. Everyone loved the layout of the home. Very private and scenic yard. Great kitchen, but could use upgraded pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a wonderful weekend at this lovely house. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our family of 7 adults and 1 child were in town for a family wedding. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and inviting the house is. Super spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, although some of the pans could use replacing. We had a great time cooking together in the huge kitchen. Coffee and creamer were provided. The bathrooms were clean and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The huge backyard and patio are amazing. Such a beautiful setting where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The downside is that the jacuzzi/pool were not heated. Had I been there for a longer period of time, this would have been an issue. The beautiful family room has a fireplace, books and puzzles. The owners were also quickly responsive to any questions/concerns.If I ever find myself in Seffner again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
