Very clean. Dimmer switches are upside down, took me awhile to get kitchen lights to work. Bidets were a surprise to my 9 year old grandson, who was staying in the other unit. But on the whole it was a very nice stay.

The property is located in a very quit residential area. The parking area under the house was very well lit. The whole process for checking in and checking out was very easy.

This home is beautiful and extremely clean. It's a little far from some of the things we wanted to do but I appreciate the quiet neighborhood. The pond on the right side made it that much better. I found myself at the window or in the deck many times to watch the birds and turtles. We love how the rooms and bathrooms mirrors each other. It gave our teen her own area and a place of her own. This vacation was just we we needed and this home made it even better. Thanks so much.

The home is in great condition, well maintained and would be great for a small family or two…The location is very good for downtown Tampa or St.Pete. Lots of room outside for family activities like cornhole or something like that, with a flat yard. We enjoyed our stay.

The home was new, clean, bright and airy. The front deck faces west so you get incredible views of the sunset. The kitchen window looks over a pond which host a variety of Florida native birds and turtles. Most importantly the host (Tom) is extremely responsive to your needs. We stayed for 6 weeks and he and his business partner Charles made it a very pleasant stay!

This was a delightful rental. We arrived tired after a full 13 hour drive, and we were greeted with a light, bright open condo with new appliances comfy furniture, and everything you need to do some living for an extended stay. This rental is in a great location - a little secluded while being close to everything. Shopping at the mall down the road, airport nearby, downtown Tampa is minutes away and the home is near main roads that can deliver you to a number of beautiful beaches without too much hassle. We highly recommend this rental.
