The property is so well kept and beautiful, super easy to access. The photos are extremely accurate, the instructions to check in are very clear, the host was very responsive and kind! The parking is so convenient, would definitely stay there again if I am headed back to Tampa Bay!

We booked for a sporting event at the arena. The location was perfect. Easy Uber rides to and from events and easy walks to Publix and neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and adorable outdoor space. We went with a friend and each had our own bedroom and private bathroom. My spouse is an avid runner and enjoyed the proximity to the bay when he went out each morning. If we go back to Tampa, we’ll definitely book this property again.

Great location and very clean!

Needed a place to stay for a business trip and this worked perfectly. Clean, plenty of space, and had everything I needed. Very well stocked for anything you could think of. Kitchen was awesome, little patio space was nice, living space was great for TV. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom along with a half bath in the living area, all were very clean and well stocked with towels.Bedrooms were a nice size and the main bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on while traveling. Loved the pillows and mattress was perfect!Location made it easy to get to everything I needed. Restaurants were plentiful and close by along with grocery and drug stores for supplies. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Perfect for business travel, quick getaway, or longer vacation. I will definitely stay here again if the need arises!

The condo is clean and well stocked. The location is just perfect for walking anywhere in Tampa - Soho and Hyde Park. Easy communications with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well-stocked

We stayed at this property for a soccer tournament for my teenage daughter. I appreciate cleanliness and organization and this condo did not disappoint - it was so well stocked and very clean and loved all the detailed touches like candles, bug spray, extra toothbrushes, guide book, etc. The beds and pillows were so comfy. We enjoyed a short walk to Hyde Park and being close to downtown.

Absolutely Perfect

Wow, what a gem! Location is within walking distance to everything you need...shopping, eating, drinking, and the amazing Sunday Market in Hyde Park. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all things needed for a home away from home. The owner was welcoming and reached out only to make sure our needs were being met. The beds were comfortable and equipped with tvs in each bedroom. I hope I find this condo available each and every time I get down to Tampa!

Great Stay

Very calm nice stay! Great location in peace but still easily able to travel to destinations. House is more spacious than pictures. Very clean. Very convenient being a walk from grocery store & bars! Clean building & bathrooms. WiFi wasn’t streaming well in living room for music but wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay! Quick Uber rides around Tampa, nice & clean and peaceful. Would come back specifically here too!

College Visit Stay

Perfect stay!

We stayed here for two nights and it couldn’t have been a better choice! Everything was so clean and cozy, and in such a great location! It had everything you could need. The SoHo area was very close and walkable, which was so nice, and the host was very helpful and responsive if we needed anything. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Awesome place!

This is probably the best and cleanest rental I have ever had. AND they had plenty of towels and wash clothes which I usually end up buying some because they leave 1 of each. If I come to Tampa to visit again I will definitely stay here! Highly recommend!

Perfectly perfect

From the moment we checked in we felt at home. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The attention to detail and added personal touches did not go unnoticed. The dedicated parking space and private patio were an added bonus. An excellent location, that is walking distance to a grocery store, many shops/restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Tampa.
