We do not allow pets. We love them but some don't.

This is a fully furnished 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo. The Master Suite takes up the whole upstairs and is an open loft with a walk-in closet, vanity and private bath with walk-in shower. A queen size bed, two dressers to accommodate short stays or long. You have a beautiful view of the Lake from all rooms and are also overlooking the Pool. This spacious 967 Square foot of living space will provide you with a full working kitchen with over the stove microwave and new dishwasher. New fans throughout.
The downstairs bedroom will accommodate all of your needs for guests or children. A second queen size bed with lots of storage for clothing with another huge walk-in closet and beautiful views of the Lake. The living room / dinning room space is great for entertaining. Everything is included. Tennis rackets & balls, pool cue, all utensils, pots & pans, glasses, towels, coffee maker, can opener, assorted knifes, toaster, soaps & shampoos, etc. This condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit. Also included is a fitness center with nautical equipment, tennis courts, racquetball, pool table and a fantastic clubhouse overlooking the Lake.
All utilities included, with wi-fi and cable.
45-60 minutes from Disney and Orlando, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 60 minutes from some of the worlds best beaches including Treasure Island, Siesta Key, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and many others.
This is a prime location right in the heart of Brandon. The closest main intersection is SR 60 and Parsons. This is a great school district also: Brooker Elementary, Burns Middle and Bloomingdale High School.
You are within walking distance to Brandon Regional Hospital. Close to everything including the Mall, Movie Theater, Restaurants, I-75, I-4, Parks, Library, Little League Baseball (just across the st.), Banks and many other things. This is one of the best condos you will see in Brandon that is currently available. Just breathtaking watching all the different types of birds that call the Lake their home, all right in-front of your unit.

Check in was super easy. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We were only in town one night for our high school daughter’s lacrosse tournament, so we appreciated the washer & dryer to clean her uniform. It met our needs for our brief stay.

Thomas is an unbelievable courteous and attentive host! Whenever I had a question or concern, he immediately answered. The main tv was not working and when I notified him, within hours he had a new tv installed! Waking up to the beautiful view of the lake was very relaxing and nice. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean and well appointed, and the family room furniture clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Always happy to go back to Parson's lake Path. Nice location with the lake at the front. I recommend to all for your journey's in the Tampa area.
The path circling the lake, with the activity center and the pool.

The perfect spot!

The property is perfect. Relaxing, tranquil and convenient! Very clean! It had all the necessities for a stay. Great area with plenty of places to eat and easy access. You might consider black out curtains for the bedroom. :)

The property was great, clean, quiet, safe. The front porch was my favorite place, with the lake as a front yard. I looked forward to tea in the morning and brandy in the evening on that porch. It was so peaceful and relax.

Wonderful

The house was so nice and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly. Lots of birds and baby ducks. The pool was nice.There is plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Wonderful weekend getaway! Theb landlords were available if needed.

Tom was very responsive to any questions we had, and was prompt at following up on a couple of issues beyond his control. The tennis/pickleball court on premises was nice.

Good View at a Decent Place

Overall our stay was good. The place was clean and comfortable, and super convenient to our job site. Disappointed that coffee wasn’t provided and there weren’t any wash clothes. Plumbing could use some maintenance, water pressure seemed inadequate, and the shower handle was found loose.
