Fun for the Whole Family! Hot Tub, Game Room & Mini Golf + 2 King Beds

Why stay in separate hotel rooms or small properties, when you can all stay together?
Our beautiful home is located in Tampa and is close to the airport, countless restaurants, parks, museums, and stires.The home is a spacious 2051 sq. ft. 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom that is able to comfortably sleep 12 guests. You will find countless things to do at our home from the swimming pool and hot tub, professionally installed putting green, and the loaded game room. Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation with your friends and family where life long memories will be created. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. All four bedrooms are located upstairs with two of the rooms boasting king size mattresses. The room at the top of the stairs has a double bed and the room across from the main bathroom has two single beds. You can also find a crib, if needed, in the closet in this bedroom. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed allowing for two more people to sleep. We also provide two air mattresses located in the oak chest in the living room if needed to have additional beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and an updated stand up shower. The main bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and a half bathroom can be found downstairs near the kitchen. There is an amazing game room found right off the kitchen with a pool table, table tennis/ping-pong, bar style shuffleboard table, and casino games. This room has a separate window air conditioner to allow you to cool the room separately from the rest of the house which has central air conditioning. The home has three Smart TV's found in the living room, Master Bedroom, and second King size bedroom. All mattresses are Saatva mattresses, known for their comfort. In the backyard you will find a large swimming pool.
Please Note! Pool temperatures from Mid March through mid November are warm enough to not heat the swimming pool. From late November to early March we do not guarantee that the pool temperature will be warm enough to swim. we do not advertise this as a heated pool, there are no refunds for the pool not reaching a specific temperature. We also, have a swimming pool basketball hoop, mini golf, a slightly raised deck with chairs, table and umbrella to shade you from the sun along with two deck lounge chairs. We also have an enclosed lanai with seating as well as a chess/checkers table for those chess and checkers lovers. Here you will also find the gas bbq cast iron griddle that you are able to use. Hey, thanks for having us for the week. Just a few things that were a concern. 1. Right by the dishwasher by the left wall there were tiny ants crawling up and down by the picture and the wall. 2. The rail going upstairs was loose and needs to be fixed and the clock in the living room needs to be reset and hung up cuz the nail fell in the wall and we couldn’t replace it

4 day weekend

Property was great for a place to sleep at night and a few games to play while you wind down. You can tell the property is a little bit of a fixer upper but had everything we needed. We went to Florida in the winter and the hot tub did not work but that could have been because of when we went. Great neighborhood and close to many things to do.

10/10 will be back again!

The house is big and equipped with literally everything you need (just bring some clothes). They have a baby crib and 2 extra folded beds so everyone can sleep comfortably. Our kids favorite part was the pool and the game room and that kept them busy throughout our stay. There’s a pool table , a ping pong table and endless amount of board games.The kitchen is equipped with everything! Toaster, coffee machine, blender, pots, dishes and even a cook book in case you need some dinner ideas. We had a S’mores night by the fire pit located by the pool, and a steak dinner we made on the grill located in the sunroom.The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there’s a Walmart 2 minutes away to get some groceries or in case you forgot your swimsuit. Location is very convenient. We did had few issues in the first day, but Stan was very responsive and took care of everything in no time! He made sure we are happy and enjoying our stay at his house. He is really an amazing host and if we decide to come back to Tampa in the future I’ll contact him FIRST before booking our stay.

Nice amenities, good location

Great communication with owners! Checking in was seamless and we were able to arrive a little earlier than standard time. Location is great and the house had a ton of amenities. The only thing that could have been done prior to our arrival was mowing the lawn. The front yard was definitely several inches high.

Family Time

We had a great time in Florida. The home had all the things needed to spend time with family. The children loved the pool and the game room. The host made sure the home had items that were accessible and available for use in all areas of the home. Also, the host was very welcoming and attentive. I would stay ar there home again.

Wonderful week stay!

My friends and I wanted to take a trip to hang out and have fun before some of us had to go back to school. This place was the perfect spot for our getaway! We spent a lot of time in the pool and the game room. The house was also very clean and the girls really appreciated the complimentary makeup wipes! We all had a great time, and we will definitely be looking to stay here whenever we visit Tampa again.

Graduation and Relaxation

We rented this house to celebrate our daughter graduating from the University of Tampa and the house did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all the family that traveled into town. We all enjoyed the pool, mini golf and the game room. The house is well stocked and very well maintained. Stan and Julie were accommodating and very responsive with questions. Thank you again!!

Had a good time

Took our son, daughter & son in law plus 3 grandkids (twins age 2 1/2 and 7 mos old baby). Went to Busch Gardens in the morning, enjoyed the pool after naps and enjoyed the whirlpool after the kids went to bed. Nice place, good playground around the corner as well as being close to Walmart for grocery items. House was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Made pancakes on the grill for breakfast and hamburgers & hot dogs for dinner one evening. Good communication for check in & out, etc.

Super easy

Great clear communication with the owners and property just as described. We stayed for a golf weekend and we’re close to TPC Tampa Country Club. Beds were comfortable. A nice outdoor area and Ubered easily into Ybor City and Armature Works. Would Recommend!

Communication was great, clean, good location; I wish I had known about rules and tolls

Clean home, lots of space, easy access to lots of places- just be ready to pay tolls. We were attending a a women’s conference at the Marriott at Tampa Airport. We also were Able to hit the beach in St. Petersburg in an hours drive. The owners were very engaging and responsive. The home met our needs; we weren’t partying but I was disappointed by all of the rules sent to me after we checked in. I need the hot tub for my back, couldn’t use it b/c it was cold when I would return at 9:45pm from the conference; it automatically shuts off at 10 and doesn’t turn on until 8am. We had hoped to have some discussions about meetings at the house after we had our sessions, but only registered guests allowed. If these rules were posted on web site then I missed it. I get respecting the neighbors, but I hate that other people have ruined it for responsible adults who just want to sit quietly in a hot tub or talk by the pool. I haven’t been to Tampa in 20 years and was surprised by all of the toll roads. They bill your tag- if you have a rental car there is usually a large convenience fee if you aren’t prepared. I know this has nothing to do with owners- just a heads up if you read this.

Had to leave halfway through our stay

I have always been honest when reviewing properties. I have yet to write a bad review. But, unfortunately, this is a bad one. The house was nice at first. The house could have been much cleaner. This brings me to the most important review of our stay. On night two we found a cockroach. We only saw it because we dropped a piece of popcorn on the rug. My husband was reaching to grab it and the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my entire life grabbed it and backed up under the couch. My husband lifted the couch. We found two more, they ran into a light socket behind the couch. We were able to kill the popcorn thief. So I immediately message the owner, which responded fairly quickly. She responded by basically saying they have never had them there before. She said they have regular pest control. She said this 3 or 4 times. She also said that she did not think they were roaches, that they were most likely water bugs. I assure you that is not what these were. It is also very hurtful that she insinuated I may be lying. So, the next morning I was upstairs in the master bedroom and a cockroach crawled between my legs as I was standing by my suitcase. That was open and on the floor! I had to wash my suitcase and all of the clothes. My husband killed it after it hid behind the table. Again, I messaged her and she said that pest control could not come until AFTER our stay! She did say that we should do whatever we are comfortable with. So, we left. She did refund the remaining 3 days that we would not be staying on her property. But we had to get last-minute lodging. For two families. So our refund didn't even come close to covering three nights in two hotel rooms last minute. We went to Florida for my son's 12th birthday and my 31st. I cried as we were leaving because this was not how our vacation should have been. Unfortunately, this review does not allow pictures to be submitted or I would post the pictures I have of the cockroaches.

Perfect In EVERY Way!!!

My family of 8 stayed here and it was perfect in every way. The location is a nice quite neighborhood, that is really centrally located to beaches, activities, food, you name it. We were able to go where we wanted within a short drive. When we stayed in to just relax the game room and pool kept everyone entertained. Beds are comfortable and has plenty of room. Loved everything about this house and look forward to coming back again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice spacious house perfect for our family. Big dining room table for all of us to eat at, great backyard with a pool and screened in porch which got alot of use. We even used the grilled to barbecue. Overall it's a great place for a family.
