Lovely two bedroom apartment in a safe community. just renovated. the apartment sits a couple of blocks away from major expressway for easy move to anywhere your desire within Tampa Bay area. right in the hart of Tampa; 7 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from International mall and many Restaurants. Downtown Tampa is only 10 minutes away, downtown Saint Petersburg 20 minutes away, bush gardens 20 minutes.

the Apartment has been renovated offering a very big new kitchen with hot Plate Stove, refrigerator, etc. the bathroom is very big size and updated. sitting area is beautiful offering a 60 inch TV. You wont regret staying in this beautiful unit. Linens and towels are provided.

Good Location

Was in town to be with my mom and dad. Dad had a major surgery at Tampa General. Quick trip to hospital and to St. Pete Airport. Worked out great. Met all my expectations and was favorable. Would stay here again.

Sewer gas smell

It was me, my husband and our 2 friends that stayed at this property for 5 days during spring break. We met Dan briefly and he is a very nice property manager. The property itself has nice and fairly new equipment but the bathroom wasn't extra clean and the comforter was dirty. As soon as you entry the property you notice a strong sewer smell mixed in with all the airwick and other air fresheners which is very unpleasant but we opened up windows and hoped the smell would just go away. We usually spend our days outside if on vacation so we were not bothered by it but it seemed it was getting worse every day. The last day my husband figured the smell was coming from the bathroom sink and found a sewer gas leak underneath the sink. We read the previous reviews and saw reviews complaining of the smell and property manager assuring of fixing the problem. The problem is unfortunately not fixed and can be harmful. I wouldn't recommend staying at this property until this problem is addressed and possibly harmful gas leak fixed..

Convenient location

Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood ( good for some walks). It is also conveniently located a few miles from necessaties ( grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) and family leisure activities (beach, parks, etc). It is also close to major highways and to the airport but far enough that you don't hear planes. Home was clean enough but could use an upgrade in kitchen supplies (we made do, but don't anticipate making large meals and bring a bottle opener). There was also construction of a new home across the street. Surprisingly no loud noises but there was a sewage smell that wafted into the home which was remedied by airwick plug in refills (bases were already there) we purchased. Minus the smell on our first night, we would stay again.

Great Stay!

Funky smell would linger throughout the house even after opening windows all night. House is cut in half and people are living in other half. Overall great experience , hosts were very nice and accommodating. Close to everything and just a short uber away from the beach. Would stay again. Thank you Mark and Maria!
