Delightful Family Home in New Tampa

Enjoy a delightful stay in my bright house for your trip to Tampa. The house is equipped with 3 king Beds, high speed internet, central heating and cooling, coffee maker to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy our well stocked kitchen, or relaxing in our terrace. Our house is located less than 10 min away from the nearest beach, city center, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, nightclubs and parks. A great location for you to discover what Tampa Bay has to offer. Our home offers 3 king Beds, 2 sleeper sofas and 2 single rollaway beds that can be placed anywhere throughout the house. Located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood with a national forest / preserve in the backyard.

Our stay was in a great location for the purpose of our visit. The beds were really comfortable. House was clean. The house could use more furnishing and the floor replaced in the master bedroom. This is all cosmetic though. Enjoyed our stay!

Birthday weekend

Overall, stay was good. This property is very well located close to shops and restaurants. We stayed at this property specifically to go to Mirada Lagoon which is less than 15 minutes away. Things we noticed about this property and suggestions: the outside is not well-maintained, the lawn looks like it hadn’t been cut in weeks. The fans in all three rooms need to be updated in size to actually provide airflow to the room. One of the fans in one of the rooms is actually laughable in the size. There are no TVs in two of the three bedrooms. The floor in the master bedroom needs to be updated, as well as the towel holder in the master bathroom looks like it was broken off the wall.

Loved the location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for our needs. A little light on the kitchen supplies such as no mixing bowls or cookie sheets, but we made it work. The beds were very comfortable and King sized. Something we really appreciated. We’d rent again.

Pictures are misleading

Missing furniture, broken screen doors, master bedroom floor warped, shower in master bath I unclogged drain TV’s only worked with personal apps overall it was clean and served as shelter for my family

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Our family followed all instructions and could not access the property and had to make other arrangements. The property mgmt company did not answer calls or messages until the following day and is refusing to give a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service!! I do NOT recommend this property due to the horrible service provided!!

Very outdated & pictures were deceiving

The property was outdated…none of the bathroom outlets worked, the electrical in the house was definitely not up to code. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work and the master bath shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. There was only 4 rolls of toilet & 8 towels when the house sleeps 12. No blinds or curtains in the main living space where the pull out coach was for sleeping. The blinds in the front bedroom didn’t work. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. No screens on the bathroom windows. Definitely didn’t meet our expectations and wouldn’t recommend. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Short stay in Wesley Chapel

Good: Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, property manager was responsive, some very basic supplies were available. The home is in an older neighborhood but has been updated. Areas for consideration: Kitchen is set up for only basic meal preparation, good thing we were planning breakfast only. We purchased some tea towels and left them for the next guests. The home is spacious but under furnished, a nice sectional or an additional loveseat would have made a pleasant seating area to gather. Outside furniture is sparse as well. I would also suggest maybe some rugs/mats to soften the tile floors. It worked for us because it was 2 miles away from my family‘s home in Meadow Pointe.

Girls weekend

The house was a great size for six women. The beds were super comfortable. Furnishings were a bit sparse, I.e no dressers in bedrooms, limited seating in living room. Kitchen could use a blender newer pots and pans. A grill outside would be handy too. A nice home.

Great weekend getaway

Great property, fully stocked with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Lots of extra linens for the roll away beds and pull couches. Great communication with host. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for an awesome home for the weekend!
