"La villa parfaite pour une famille, relaxer et profiter de la nature. La cour arrière est parfaite pour la détente. La communication avec l’hôte s’est très bien déroulée. Nous avons même eu la référence d’une compagnie locale pour une excursion à Isla Tortuga et plongée en apnée et ce, à moindre coût. C’est notre villa coup de coeur des vacances."

"We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues.
AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC.
Missing items: paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand...

"This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. Edwin patiently awaited our arrival and escorted us to the condo, and was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!"

"It was exactly as it was listed. Thank goodness for the fan in the room, otherwise no AC was rough. Great area to walk around and explore local stores and sodas. The owner was so helpful and nice! The shared shower was clean, wish there were more places to hang your things though. Requesting bfast was odd bc you had to go find her, I felt weird getting into her person home space. One night she locked the gate on my partner as he was out exploring the town late at night, thought that was odd,...

"Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma.
The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat...
