Completed in 2017, this jungle home uses one of a kind architectural components like Guanacaste wood and rock, sitting on three acres of land with the goal of private relaxation. Every room allows for easy star gazing through ceiling to floor glass views and five separate outdoor patios. Property has indigenous fruit trees, flowers and fauna with views all the way to the west coast ocean as well as the jungle canopy and volcanos to the east. Adventure activities such as ziplining and horse riding is located within the nature preserve.

The main floor has an open concept living and dining rooms, the front entrance, along with the kitchen and pool/ patio and 18 foot vaulted ceiling. The infinty pool runs the length of the home with multiple entry points.
The 1st floor guest bedroom, patio, closet and bath is 5 steps up from main floor allowing for extra privacy from the main with high ceilings.
Via a floating wood staircase, the second floor contains the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, private patio, closet and washer/dryer with large vaulted ceiling and custom tile from volcanic rock. The views are outstanding.
All wood features (doors, stairs and cabinets) were custom made in Costa Rica.
