Had a lovely stay generally. The hotel was a little dated, i imagine very grand in its day, beautiful courtyard and entrance to the hotel. Fantastic location. The room was clean, bathroom clean, with lovely toiletries. Bath towels changed as required, good size. Staff were very polite and helpful. Didn’t eat at the hotel, so can’t comment on food.

The hotel was packed, there was a storm so no one wanted to leave. The restaurant did a amazing job and worked it out anyway.

There was a group of 10 of us. We had five rooms/suites. Three of the rooms had black mold on the ceilings and the fabric walls. Other than mold, the staff were great. The place was lovely. Close to the train station and piazza. ALDIs is a block away.

the staff were rude and unhelpful. the room was old worn carpets and dirty.
