Most dwellers in this up-scale neighborhood don't normally meet or even see their neighbors. But, on Election Day it is the only time when they meet each other. The legislative election went smoothly. The organizers at this spot provided free water, juice, ice tea, ice coffee and local chicken porridge. Quite a surprise to see how organized they are. It's once every five years to see this spectacle.
