"Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road. There's also a great little store within walking distance from the cabin with almost everything you could ever need. Thank you for sharing this wonderful cabin with...

"This little slice of heaven was perfect for our two little families. The water was clear and great for swimming (was a little mucky right off the dock, but if u want out a bit it was firmer). The big bock was a plus for the kiddos and we didn’t have to worry about them slipping. We enjoyed our time!"

"Great location, cabin was very clean and fairly spacious. There's no ac but having windows open and using block fans made it work well. There were tons of bugs around, but that's to be expected. Would definitely come back!"

"Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. There's a large sunken bar about 3/4 mile east of the cabin that supported a diverse fish community. The cabin is so spacious with the massive game room attached. So many...

"Clean, but not real clean. Ive stayed in worse. Coffee maker has mold. Wi dows havent been cleaned since last season. Otherwise, fairly clean and comfortable. Could use another toilet with being able to sleep so many people. Definitely know when its morning, traffic is noisy"

"This our second time staying here. John is a very gracious host. The house is beautiful, very clean, and with a breathtaking view of the lake from many rooms. The lake is peaceful and a wonderful place to recharge."

"This was our 2nd stay and this is one of our absolute favorite rentals! This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a quiet lake while still being minutes away from a grocery store! Our pups got to swim almost every day and there were plenty of paddleboards for the humans as well. The cabin sleeps so many people without feeling cramped but it also feels cozy with just two. You can sit on the dock and watch the fish, the water is crystal clear! There really isn't anything bad to say about...
