Patio Paradise offers luxurious accommodations 1.6 miles to FSU Stadium, 3.1 miles to the Capitol. Everything is outfitted for your comfort and entertainment. Three large patio doors bring the outside in, but with total privacy. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill or sitting around the gas fire pit after a game. Great location, close to everything happening downtown and on campus. You'll love staying at Patio Paradise! Pet friendly with Pre-approval of dog Only and $75 pet fee required.

The total renovation is complete and perfectly outfitted to accommodate a great weekend getaway or an extended work stay. High speed internet make working from here or streaming a breeze. All memory form mattresses, beautiful linens and towels make you comfy and right at home. New kitchen appliances, pans, utensils and some spices make cooking and grilling on the gas grill fun and delicious. Drip coffee pot, iron, full size stackable washer/dryer, and hair dryer are here on site as well. No smoking of any kind, parties or additional unreserved guests are allowed. There is a Blink Security Doorbell Camera outside for enhanced safety.

Access to entire condo and patio.

If you plan on bringing a dog it must be Pre-approved by Marlinda and a $75 pet fee will be charged for one small dog if approved. No cats are allowed, no exceptions.

Love, loved this place! Decorated so nice and felt like home. It made our stay in Tally even more fun! Host had everything we needed and some many great personal touches. Minutes from Doak Stadium and FSU campus. Definitely will stay here again when we’re in Tallahassee. Thank you, Miranda!

We stayed at this two-bedroom, one-bath home for a weekend trip to attend an FSU football game, and it was perfect for our group of four adults. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and all the amenities we needed were onsite. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The location is fantastic—very close to the stadium and campus. We chose to drive and park for the game, but it’s definitely walkable if you prefer.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely book this home again for our next FSU game weekend. Highly recommend!

Good for being near campus and downtown. Nice, cozy, and private, good kitchen amenities and beds. Easily slept 2 adults and 2 kids, and the big couch could have been slept on too.

Paradise?

This is definitely close to FSU and the stadium, however I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest area. Although honestly I haven’t really found that area in Tally yet. I was under the impression this was a house from the listing. It’s an apartment. I did not feel very safe especially since the patio doors are original and didn’t really lock. The only thing keeping someone out was the metal rod. The decor was nice but overall the unit and complex is very old. Beds were comfortable and the WiFi/streaming was good. Overall for me 6/10 mostly due location and safety.

Great Tally stay!

I was there to see my daughter and go to a game. Perfect location for anything campus related… Very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great little outdoor area with fire pit and seating. Would definitely stay again if available because it is in high demand for good reason!

FSU move in weekend

Great property and the owner is absolutley a joy to work with if you need anything - although you shouldn't as she has thought it all out to a tee. Everything is comfotable and the kitchen is well stocked. For fall evenings it will be great to sit out by the firetable and grill. Easy access to FSU . You won't be disaappointed. KB

Short Stay for FSU Campus Tour

This apartment was perfect for a short stay to visit FSU with our daughter. It is immaculate, furnished, and kitted out to the highest standard. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, the beds were the best we've experienced in our many VRBO stays. We originally planned to travel with our 2 well-behaved dogs and Marlinda was very flexible in accommodating them (as opposed to the one dog noted on the website) however one of our fur babies got sick and was unable to travel-so we ended up not bringing them-Marlinda was so sweet and sent best wishes and immediately refunded our pet fee-no questions asked. The location was perfect for our purposes (5-minute drive to FSU campus). Overall, a wonderful apartment with excellent service-would definitely recommend.

Quick Visit to FSU- Perfect Location

I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!

Perfect Apartment for an FSU visit

The apartment is beautifully renovated and located 5-8 minutes away from the athletic area of FSU. There are groceries and restaurants nearby, so extremely convenient. We had a little issue when we first checked in but the owner resolved it immediately. If we were visiting again, we would stay here again. Highly recommend!
