  • Welcome to Tallahassee! Enjoy your stay at this quiet one bedroom, one bathroom apartment just across the street from Doak Campbell stadium and FSU campus. This renovated and newly furnished condo is on the second floor of Renegade Condominiums. This community offers gated access, pool w/ grilling area, on-site laundry facilities, and a reserved parking spot just for you. There is a secure pedestrian back gate that allows you a very short walk to the football stadium, campus, and College Town. Tallahassee local favorites like The Palace Saloon and Momo's Pizza are also just a short walk away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, coffee pods, spices, and utensils for your use. This updated condo is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying all that Tallahassee has to offer.

    Location:
    Want to visit Tallahassee for game day but not deal with the hassle of traffic and parking on campus? This beautiful condo is located steps away from Doak Campbell Stadium and a short walk to other FSU sporting events. Situated near College Town which is beaming with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Only 2 miles from the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, Cascades Park, the Florida State Capitol, and downtown Tallahassee. The condo is only a 12-minute drive from the Tallahassee International Airport.

    The unit:
    This bright and airy one bedroom, one bathroom condo was recently renovated. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the 55” smart TV. Free WiFi included.

    Walk to Momo’s pizza or dine-in in the full kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils, dishware, and limited spices available for use. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee with the included Keurig and K-Cups.

    Enjoy a great night’s sleep in the king bed with gel memory foam mattress (sheets and duvet included). The bathroom includes a high pressure rainfall shower. Bath towels and pool towels provided for your comfort.

    Community:
    Enjoy the safety of a gated community. Guests enjoy access to the community pool and laundry facilities. The designated parking spot (space 102) is located just below the stairwell leading to the second floor condo. There are 20 visitor spots available in the complex, HOWEVER, all visitor parking is reserved on home game days.

    Self check-in:
    The front gate code and smart lock code will be provided prior to arrival.

This was my second stay at this property! It’s the perfect place for 2 people, has a nicely appointed kitchen and is super close up FSU. Gavin, the host is so responsive and wonderful! Will be my go to place to stay whenever I’m in Tallahassee.

Fantastic, well equipped condo within walking distance to FSU! Perfect place to stay if visiting your student and going to a football game! Gavin, the host, is very responsive and accommodating! Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.

True to listing, comfy bed, plenty of kitchen supplies and toiletries to get you by for a short stay. Great location. Great communication. Safe. Only two things to keep in mind is bedroom does not have tv and parking is not suitable for larger vehicles. But let’s be real Tallahassee in general isn’t suitable for larger vehicles.

Parents' Weekend at FSU

Property was clean, easy to access, property manager was immediately responsive. VERY close to football stadium, five minute walk. Also easily walked to campus. Would stay again for sure.

The host Gavin is great and VERY accommodating. With flight delays, we arrived at almost one in the morning, but he was ready to buzz us in the gates complex. The accommodations were great and the pics are very accurate. The location is second to none if you are attending a football game or visiting a student at FSU. We are an easy 5 min walk from Collegetown. The condo had all the necessities and a few extras (coffee and bottled water). We will certainly stay there again.

Outstanding! A great location in the central Tallahassee/FSU area. The accommodations are well laid out and beautifully appointed. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with great communications with the host (even checked in during a tropical storm!). Will definitely stay there again and strongly recommend it if your travels take you to Tallahassee!

Great location and place

We were in town to visit our son and go to a game. The apartment was excellent. Very clean and a short walk to the stadium, campus and the bars in collegetown. Owner was great and very communicative
