Property very much resembled online ad. Lots of attention to detail. Renter communication was EXCELLENT and straightforward. We would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay... I wish I could just buy the house, it was so spectacular! Nice, quiet place, and the foliage was refreshing and gorgeous! Cannot recommend this place enough— the owner was very kind, as well! Thank you!!

Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable and the backyard is perfect for those traveling with their dog (especially since there are no sidewalks to walk your pet) I appreciated the easy communication and added breakfast items included as coming in late in the evening I didn’t have to think about having to grab something in the morning. This is a very spacious comfortable townhome. My only area to address is the parking in driveway it was a challenge to take things out of the passenger side as it is very close to bushes. I had to get my dog out from the driver side which he is not used to especially if he was in his crate I’d have had to complete turn the crate around to give him access to exit. Maybe trimming back the bushes as if you have someone on that side you’d have to unload prior to coming down driveway and if it’s raining that equals getting wet. Other than that not much to critique and I hope to be back in Fall when I visit Tallahassee again

We stayed here for 2 nights while my daughter was home from Japan on leave. The downstairs sectional and tv area was a perfect place to relax and catch up! They went the extra mile with tons of fresh breakfast food waiting for us, really thoughtful!

I loved how quiet the home was and appreciated the abundance of towels. Beds were comfortable, too. There is a very nice spacious basement that provides plenty of extra space. Communication with the host was excellent and it was nice that he included breakfast food for us. Only negative was that some things were dusty and there were some dirty kitchen utensils. But overall it was a clean space.

When we drove up the outside appearance made us consider absorbing the cost and going somewhere else. The inside was updated but the outside needed some serious work. My husband walked out the back door and was attacked by wasp. Inside was fine but had to wash dishes just to have clean glass Inside needs to be stocked better .

The house was in a great location for us as was 5 minutes from friends we were visiting. Also close to every thing we did. Kids loved the downstairs. Inside very nice. Problem with kitchen sink but reached out and received response promptly. Outside needs a little TLC but lots of room for our little doggie. Would stay there again.

Excellent accommodations for dogs and humans! The home was clean and well stocked. The furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable. The host truly provided a relaxing environment, and the fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs. I'd give this a 6 out of 5 stars!

Our family and dog stayed here while moving our daughter into her college apartment. The host left us yummy snacks, milk, oj, and breakfast items which were a nice extra and helped us in a time crunch. Loved the coffee bar, fenced backyard, exta space for the kids downstairs in the bonus room, comfy beds, plenty of clean linens, safe and quiet neighborhood, 10 minute drive to FSU, and close to shopping a restaurants. Our host had stellar communication and gave us peace of mind/one less thing to worry about during a tough transition for this mama. Thank you.

The property is exactly like the pictures. My girls loved the downstairs family room. They were able to play and watch tv without fighting the adults for tv. Owner communicates in a timely manner. Many extras were provided including breakfast items in the refrigerator. 10/10 would stay here again.

House was perfect and served our needs well. Clean, spacious, well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had our dog with us and he enjoyed big fenced in yard. We were pleasantly surprised by some breakfast supplies stocked in refrigerator for us. Was very helpful since we had kids with us. We drove from Texas to spend the Christmas holidays with family and arrived at 11 pm. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find our host Ron had stocked the fridge with eggs, juice, bagels, yogurt, etc. When I read the welcome emailed he mention he stocked it with some essentials due to the time of year of arrival so we wouldn't need to go to the store early in the morning on Christmas eve. That totally helped!! Thank you for that!!! Now on to the house review! Prefect size for our family. The rooms were great, comfortable beds, everything was clean, plenty of towels. We will most definitely be booking your lovely home next time we come to Tallahassee!
