"The owner changed us to a larger 2 bed so comments are for this however the location was close in Dale street. We recently stayed at this delightful two-bedroom flat in the heart of Liverpool and were thoroughly impressed by both the property and its location. The flat boasts a huge kitchen, lounge, and dining area, making it the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining after exploring the city. "There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment. "

"The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point"

"Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

"Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though."

Lift available- we were in first floor in room 3, living room was very overlooked from other apartments with no blinds so had to pull curtains which took away all natural light. Bedroom has blinds which were perfect - need them in living room as well. "Generally a great option to stay in, but unsurprisingly, it was a bit loud on the weekend, especially with lots of dumpster use in the middle of the night. Probably didn't help that the large bedroom window was broken? But even so, I would recommend a stay there. "
