"We stayed here for 1 night as there was 7 hr layover. Overall property looks great at first sight. However basic amenities doesn’t work. We checked in late night and found out flush was not working. Instead of changing room right away, they sent engineer to repair who wasted more 1 hr. Eventually we had to change the room after we insisting that we are here only for 5 hour good sleep. Reception staff and manager was unapologetic at all. Very bad customer experience."

"Would not hesitate to book again. Passing through on our way to Australia, needed somewhere to stay for a night. Couldn’t believe how good this was for how little we paid to stay.
Excellent location, good access to local (reasonably priced) taxis, good access to Disney, clean, well sized and comfortable rooms, great facilities.

"Accessible from the Citygate shopping centre, very conveniently placed for the Tung Chung MTR station for access to Kowloon and HK Island. Free shuttle to Airport runs every 20 minutes and gets you there in 10 minutes. The staff were all polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Hong Kong."

"Room is dated however in general clean. We had to change rooms twice due to the cigarette smell in some of the room. Staff was very helpful and tried to fulfill request at their best. Hotel had so much potential with a facility upgrade eg furniture absorbing cigarette smells and water pipes with better water pressure in the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom sink had better pressure than the shower head.
Great shuttle bus service and bus stop to tsuen wan is right opposite hotel. Close...

"Pretty nice hotel for long layover at HKG airport. Only 10 min shuttle bus ride from the airport. Just make sure that you arrive to shuttle bus bay prior to scheduled time since the bus leaves about 1-2 minutes after scheduled time and you have to wait for another hour before the next bus arrives. Hotel room is clean and gives you modern luxury feel with nice view. However the double bed is a bit small for 4 people. It seems that its using full size bed instead of queen size bed. Bed and pillow...

We loved looking at all the little details in the decor.

"Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."
