"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

"This place is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is very cute, very well maintained and the restaurants offer so many choices. The food is delicious!
The staff is very helpful and friendly, like ao many people is Peru. The breakfast buffet haa many choices and there is an omelet station where they make them to order. Also the kitchen made pancakes and gluten free pancakes for my wife who is celiac. There are plenty of local dishes/foods too. I will finish by thanking...

"The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us."
