"We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit on the second floor. While the location is great, our experience was significantly impacted by persistent noise from the unit above. Throughout the day and continuing until around 10pm each night for everyday, there was constant loud running and jumping from children upstairs, creating repeated thumping sounds that were hard to ignore. "The one bedroom unit we had is fairly spacious for two with a balcony. The decor is rustic with good taste and quality furnishings. It truly is ski-in-ski-out with Red Dog lift right next to the property. Even though Red Dog — and the entire KT peak — was closed and the lower mountain runs were unskiable due to the unseasonable heat wave while we were there in mid March 2026, the base to base gondola and funitel tram are within walking distance. "We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...

"Resort fee! Yet another hotel that wants to charge a resort fee, which is not a pleasant surprise. Other than that, location is great, jacuzzi is nice, and overall a great place to stay for skiing."
