"Our second time here this is a delightful place in a beautiful location. Even though the weather was awful we were able to storm watch out onto the harbour while the fire kept us cozy. We’ll be back!"

"Hubby and I loved our stay here. Farmers ourselves, staying here felt like home away from home. Stunning views, accommodation was perfect for a nice little weekend away. Was actually our 16th wedding Anniversary. So nice to stay somewhere with an actual comfortable bed! Well Done Host on your accommodation."

"The cottage was perfect for our overnight needs. The kitchen was modern, clean and well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved eating a home-cooked meal on the deck. The night bugs were out when the sun went down so we didn’t spend time on the porch after dinner. The water views were lovely - we just wish we had more time to swim! The owner was in contact quickly with lots of useful information. The property is in a neighborhood that is fairly remote. We stopped in Kawhia...

"We cannot say enough about this property. We were absolutely floored by the views, the hospitality, and the comfort. Angus is the best host I've ever interacted with. He was so welcoming, had great recommendations, and we loved talking to him. We also adored the onsite kitty!"

"This is our second time at this bach and we love it, beautiful local natural attractions, fabulous beach and beach walks, excellent fishing, comfortable accommodation, everything you need for a relaxed or active getaway, whatever you feel like. Excellent communication with the property manager. We will definitely be back. Love it here."

"Absolutely loved our stay, such a beautiful home in an incredible location. We had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy. Always a win when you can have a hot spa after a surf too. 10/10 Would recommend "

"What an incredible place to simply enjoy. It felt like home. All the small touches of personal oversight were so warm and perfect. The art was incredible, from the paintings to the crochet blankets, to the patchwork. One night was not enough! I will definitely be back. "

"Aotea Harbour was a amazing spot to get awsy for a few days. Friendly community, our dogs loved the run on the beach. Will definitely revisit."

"Great property, great manager. Lovely situation and surroundings. Enjoyed the winter fires!!! And bath!!!No "coffee maker" as listed (tho it didn't worry us.) Also no laundry. Even a clothes line would have been good.Thanks for a delightful stay."
