    Please note that the right side of the covered carport is not included in your reservation. If a guest in the on-site cottage requires use of the EV charger, you may be asked to park on the street to accommodate shared access.

    Other Things to Note:



    -Modern Manor is the Main Unit facing the main street, The petite cottage on the same property is directly behind the Modern Manor. Fenced, private yard is a communal area.



    -Bookings include the Modern Manor and use of the communal yard, additional cottages are not included.



    -Modern Manor is booked in its entirety and is not a shared space.



    -Parking for the Modern is located under a covered parking area one spot to the left, unless there is a current guest in need of an EV charger. Street parking is always available and communication of where to park will be given with check-in information.



    -EV Station is a level 2 and is Tesla compatible with an adapter.

The house was great and perfect for our family trip. It was convenient to Seattle and also provided us a closer launching point to Mount Rainier. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience here. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. -hot tub was clean and well maintained-stocked with laundry soap, bathroom supplies, etc-games for the kids-comfortable and cozy house with beautiful interior -smelled nice without being overly fragranced Would stay again the next time we are here!

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for a graduation. It was very clean, items were stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.), and the location was quiet. They had plenty of sheets and pillows, plus bath towels for everyone to use. The upstairs loft was hot, but we were there when they were having very high temps that weekend. It had two vents, which had to be opened to help cool the loft. The loft would be best for teenagers or young adults, because the ladder is steep.We would definitely book this place again if we were in the area again.

Walked in and felt right at home. Beautifully decorated, we enjoyed our stay for my great nephew’s wedding at 12 farm restaurant on Friday. Thank you again. I would stay again if ever up here again.

This place is perfect. Clean, new, has all the amenities you need. The upstairs is far too hot to sleep in during the summer, but the downstairs is great. The property is nice and the location is great if you want to be near downtown. Host was responsive as well. I couldn't have been happier and we will definitely stay here again.

Adorable home great location!

One of the cleanest VRBO's we've ever stayed at. Everything was just as described. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Smelled and looked so clean and fresh. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cozy, clean & convenient

Nice location to connect with friends and family in the area. Aesthetically pleasing and clean home. Grace was quick to respond & added a tree and mantle decor to create a holiday mood after we had inquired. We’d stay again.
