The house is well appointed, extremely well kept, and in excellent condition. LOCATION!!! The views are stunning. Leaving windows open to drift off at night listening to the waves. Dash Point Dock is a 2 min aways with a small play ground and breach front the play on. The owner is gracious and very responsive.

Ryan was great to work with. The views from the house are amazing, and being able to listen to the waves at night was so soothing. Would recommend!

This is the most Amazing place to stay with Gorgeous views!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!! Clean, easy check in, and a great price!

Everything was fine aside from the potent Marijuana smell, perhaps from downstairs neighbor. Parking lot was full on arrival with no clear parking spot marked.

This property is at an incredible location! So quiet and relaxing! You can sit on the balcony and watch the seals swim. Ryan was absolutely wonderful when we had an issue with the keypad at check in. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was great!

We had an awesome stay. This VRBO has amazing views of Dash Point. Its a quiet neighborhood and very close to the public beach. The only thing that I will say is the sun is very bright over the water and the blinds to the bedroom do not block out the sun. The streetlights at night are also very bright so bring a sleeping mask. The stairs up to the house are a bit steep, and wouldn't be good for handicapped.

Door code was changed prior to arrival so it was more than frustrating at 2am trying to get in after a long travel day. Contact was called and finally answered, gave me the new code. After that debacle, the stay was good. Great location for what we needed.

This place was great and the host was very nice. My family and i enjoyed the view and falling asleep to the sound of gentle waves every night. Everything was as described and clean. We would (and probably will) stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach cabin. The space is very clean, views are fabulous and the area is so quiet. We had great communication with the manager, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Cabin

The Beach Cabin is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We felt right at home and appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin that made us feel welcome. The views are stunning and the location is ideal. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Getaway

This cozy little getaway by the ocean was an ideal getaway for us with a beautiful view. The location was tucked away making it a quiet and serene stay with a clean and beautiful place to spend the evenings in our home away from home. Thank you Ryan for the wonderful stay!

NCAA Swim Meet Home Base

Great little house with wonderful view. Be sure to walk around the corner and eat at Gino’s. Amazing food and great family that runs it. This unit is all updated and cozy. Perfect little spot.

What a great beach cottage! We were very comfortable in the beds, lots of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and phenomenal view! Highly recommend enjoying the ambiance of this cottage near the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Great Place in Dash Point

We loved this place the moment we walked in! It was delightfully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The check in and check out were so straightforward and easy. We would definitely stay here again if it is available.
