Cozy home located conveniently located in Tacoma

Cute well-decorated one level home w/ a big fully fenced yard and deck. Washer & dryer, as well as a functioning kitchen available for use. This is a great place for couples or for business trips. Home is located only a couple minutes from freeway access (I5).20 mins to the Washington State Fair, 15 mins to the Chamber's Bay Golf Course and JBLM. 25 mins to the SeaTac International Airport.

Home is most comfortable at 4 adults & 2 young children max. Big fenced yard that is great for children to play in or for relaxing on the deck out back. There are only a few steps leading up into the house.

Smart lock for easy check in and Xfinity Home Security Alarm for your protection and peace of mind. Close to all major locations in Tacoma! Board games, books, WiFi, and a TV (with Roku and Netflix) are available for recreation use. Heating and AC units at house.

We couldn’t get in when we arrived because the lock code wasn’t set up. Waited outside over an hour, got in at 5 PM, and the issue wasn’t fully resolved until 6. This made us late to a paid event. The host only offered 25 off. The place also had cheap furniture and random glass vases placed in spots where they could easily be brokeDisappointinoverall.

Wonderful Stay!

This property is clean and spacious! It was a great place to rest our heads while in the area for a Leadership Conference. The back deck was a beautifully decorated spot to enjoy the evenings as well.

Perfect-Clean - Safe

We came out to Washington for the Mount Rainier half marathon. There were no places left in Ashford so this worked out because it wasn’t terribly far. The house was perfect and really cute on the inside. Very clean and the neighborhood felt safe.

Very nice older home close to everything. Very clean, nice kitchen with laundry machines. I’ve stayed here before. The host is vey welcoming and available for questions. Will stay here every time we come to Tacoma

Just Right!

Lovely home with just enough space for my family of 5. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was stocked with essentials. I really appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer. It allows us to have a worry free vacation and pack minimally. There is only one bathroom which is listed so that is a consideration if you would like more options for more people. The location was easy on and off the freeway and Target and Walmart were only a few minutes away. Check in and out was seamless as it is a coded key lock. While we were hardly in the house, it was the perfect place to settle down and relax after our adventures around Washington.

Cute house in a family neighborhood

The house is a cute craftsman. Nicely decorated and renovated. However there was a stale musty odor or old smoke odor I can’t tell which. We just couldn’t get rid of it until we aired the place out a few times. I loved that it has an auto locking feature on the front door and also an alarm. We would definitely stay again. The king bed was very comfy and plenty of parking available

Quiet and comfortable home

Our stay at this home was for four nights while we visited our daughter and celebrated our granddaughter's first birthday! We found the property clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied as I did a little stove-top cooking for breakfast each day. I found everything we needed and a very comfortable space. I've read that the neighborhood was sketchy, but we don't agree. If you look around, homes nearby had well cared for yards and the cars parked were clean and nice--usually a telling sign. We would walk the neighborhood comfortably. We would definitely return.

Super comfortable beds!

We loved how clean and cozy this house was. The propane grill on the deck was a great cooking option. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in a rental, and each bed had many large pillows for sleeping. The neighborhood was close to amenities and easy to access. The next door neighbor was friendly and said hello when he saw us. I also felt very safe with the alarm system. I hope to stay here again on my next visit!

Cute house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It's cute and the inside is welcoming. If you like to walk or exercise, it wasn't comfortable to be walking out and about the neighborhood but nothing happened to us. Neighbors are nice. Overall, we had a great time.
