"We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually...

"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard with hot options. The dining area is upstairs with no elevator. Could be an issue for some. Next door to a putt putt golf course so grounds didn't feel crowded like some you see in Branson. Ice cream, cookies and cobbler were a nice treat at night. Close to shows and food without being on the busy main drag. Would stay here again."

"Essentially, this is the perfect hotel minus air conditioning. Which unfortunately is probably the only thing that matters besides being clean. I've stayed here 3 times and the a/c basically keeps the room at 78°- 80° from 8am - 10pm no matter what. It makes the room humid and sticky and almost unbearable. Everything is honestly well kept clean and perfect otherwise. The staff and management couldn't be better 10/10. But the owner operator needs to replace the a/c's they are 13 years old at...
