"The resort was amazing!! We were shocked at how beautiful the scenery was, the ocean bar, and a little river that flows through the resort. But the best was customer service! I have never met such nice, caring, and sincere staff. They were always upbeat. My friend was in a moped accident and they went above and beyond to make sure she got everything she needed. Their English was also very good which was nice because they were willing to call the clinic for us, schedule us taxis, booked our ferry...

"Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. I would suggest perhaps bringing your own snorkel gear for the best experience."
