"The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also...

"Staff was great, owner or manager, old dude was a jerk. We have booked via Expedia multiple times a year for over 10 years, this was the first time that our chargers were only for the first night and we paid the rest on site, we typically pay all upfront. When we asked for clarification the guy came out and was incredibly rude. He said the fees were because we had a dog with us. I clarified that the dog is a service dog he then back peddled and tripping over his words demand to see my bank...

"Beautiful view of the ocean!"

"So when booking you need to be aware that all of these facilities are owned by individual people and only certain buildings have a pool or beach access. Choosing a regular hotel type room puts you by a golf course with no pool and the beach five miles away. You have to choose a one or more bedroom property to have beach right out front and a pool. There are no restaurants or bars during the off season but they do offer a breakfast for $14 per person. You really need to do your research...

"It was truely a nice experience "

"The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined."

"The hotel is a lot less maintained than the photos make it look, there’s no housekeeping, the hallways/elevators reek. Parking was obnoxious, lots of obnoxious noise/loitering right outside the hotel. Noise inside the hotel. Hot tub was out of service. Pool was dirty. Only good thing was the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach."

"Terrible place"

"The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency."
