"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

"I did not have a pleasant stay at your establishment, I had to change rooms twice, the first room the toilet was out of order, the next room the dogs were constantly barking that was across from that room, I did not get a chance to move in there, the third room had black mold on the wall by the window. We finally moved into a room (not clean) at around 3am and we overslept and missed the wedding ceremony. "Hell Night" I tried to include the pictures but having difficulty."

"Would have liked or enjoyed better seating area if your party wanted to eat and chill outside of the room not in the bar Like ours we ordered Chinese and had only that uncomfortable large space in the lobby to enjoy our meal and each others company after a long day except we had to share it with loud others and two different people wanting to sit with us and talk exceptionally loud on the speaker phone Ugh really ! But that’s all was available"

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...
