"New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!"

"一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。"

"The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional.
