"Lack of sleep? Security issues? Blazing heat? Where to start.
On the surface the hotel looks pretty decent, but it's when you start to actually stay there that you see the issue.
One of our rooms had the heating system stuck on 25. My friend went to the desk for help but none was forthcoming (at least not immediately). I managed to fix it. Then in my room I couldn't get the aircon to go below 24 so I just left it off.
The worst issue was sleep quality. The whole building feels like it was...

"I so enjoyed my time in the beautiful city of Budapest and staying at the Eurostars Palazzo Zichy hotel! The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and the hotel rooms were fantastic and very quiet. The hotel has so much character with its history of having been a palace. It is in a fun location close to the university district with lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
Don’t miss visiting the stunning Metropolitan Ervin Szabo Library that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel!
I will...
