"I got there and they told me they were over booked and that i would need to go to another hotel. They had booked another hotel for me but they ordered and taxi and the taxi took me to a different hotel. So I had to try to explain to the lovely staff at the wrong hotel my situation which they managed to solve and help me get to the correct hotel, another taxi that I had to pay for.
It was an all round terrible experience on my first night of my trip. A rep disappointment from a hotel I have...
