When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...

"Less than 10 min slow walk to the main castle district area , accessing by no16 bus (read up in validating tickets) (then can access airport shuttle bus. Room of high standard , access to book spa privately for €10 pp. attached to a bar / restaurant, but lovely restaurant s a 6-12 min walk away. Area picturesques,"

Breakfast was lovely was you could order fresh food cooked to order loved the eggs benedict. Staff so helpful nothing ordered a taxi for our very early morning flight back. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to everything. The AC didn’t work very well and room was maintained at a constant temp of 22.5 c . The staff managed to get us a fan which allowed us to sleep comfortably otherwise...
