"We stayed here prior to my son taking an exam at facility for his medical license. The room was very clean, front desk young man was very courteous. "I stayed at Collegian this year, September 5-7, for an SU COL class reunion and I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again next trip to Syracuse. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to campus and the stadium. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. No complaints. "

"A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of...

"It is a beautiful hotel. But it’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff is absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The facilities are beautiful. But there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. There is a mole across the way, but it looks a little sketchy. "

Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "
