Situated: This sea-facing, fascinating and detached villa at about 20 metres from the sea, is similar to a temple in Bali but with the difference that this property is located in front of the rocky beach of Fontane Bianche. In fact, when you pass the gate you will feel a new, exotic atmosphere, which you couldn’t be expected from outside. And this feeling gets stronger as soon you sit on the veranda and enjoy the magic view of the deep blue sea in front of you. Sea-facing property with sea views. Bathing possibilities in front of the house.

Accommodation: The detached villa offers inviting and functional furnishings for four people on two levels. The living space of around 90 square meters set on the ground floor is reached via five outside steps and offers a living room with upholstered furniture, open fire place and flat screen with Sat-TV. The habitable kitchen offers four gas rings, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a microwave. An espresso machine (classic espresso maker) is available. Bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet and another separate toilet with toilet. The Washing machine is in the storage room.
A staircase leads to the night area on the first floor. On the right side there is the bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and window, on the left side a small single room with single bed and another small single room with single bed, window and air conditioning. All windows of the house have mosquito screens and of course a sea view which brings a nature painting into the room.
Wi-Fi available. Extra bed available upon request. Payable locally.

External accommodation: A tiny and exotic garden area with a beautiful veranda and amazing view over the sea is perfect for the morning breakfast or romantic dinners and complete the enchanting frame in which this fascinating property is located.
Public parking close to the property. Car recommended.

At a glance: The rocky coast in front of you and its natural creek seems to be a natural pool where you can cool off on hot summer days, and this right in front of your doorstep. The location of this house and the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche which is less than three minutes drive away, make this property suitable also for a holiday with children. Syracuse and the barock city of Noto is easily reachable from here.

Leider dauerte unser Aufenthalt vom Check-In nur 3 Stunden. Die Luft im Haus war stickig und muffig und feucht. Die Einweisung durch den Vermieter mit allen to Do's sehr ausführlich und professionell aber teilweise sehr überraschend.Strom wird extra abgerechnet, gebrauchtes Toilettenpapiersoll in einem Abfalleimer gesammelt werden bis der Restmüll kommt. Die Entwässerung läuft in eine Sickergrube, 3. Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangsflur. Wer wie beworben mit 4 Personen kommt, wird keine Freude haben. Vom Schlafzimmer läuft man durch's ganze Haus über eine Treppe des Hauses runter und über weitere Stufen zur Toilette und Dusche. Mobiliar älteren Datum's ect...Die Moskitonetze sind defekt und man solle mit elektrisch chemischer Verdampfung mit geschlossenem Fenster es versuchen....Resümee: Wenn jemand sehr empfindlich/ allergisch gegen Stechmücken ist, dann ist dieses Haus bestimmt nicht empfehlenswert .An dieser Stelle fehlt der absolute Hinweis darauf und ist eine Informationspflichtverletzung des Vermieters, diesen Umstand deutlich zu kennzeichnen . Wir mussten abreisen ohne eine Nacht das Haus genutzt zu haben, ohne Kompensation oder irgendein Entgegenkommen. Insgesamt erscheint auch der Preis für den reellen Zustand des Hauses mit allen Nachteilen überhöht. Wir mussten nachdem wir eine Nacht in einem B&B verbracht haben, abreisen, da die Mückenstiche schon unerträglich waren. Hoffe diese Information ist hilfreich. Auch FeWo haben wir informiert

Alles wie beschrieben. Top Lage direkt am Meer. 300€ Kaution in bar muss hinterlegt werden. Beim Check out wird diese mit der „Tourismus Steuer“ und dem verbrauchten Strom verrechnet. Hatten keine Heizung und keine Klimaanlage genutzt . Strom für 6 Tage war 7,5€. Turi Steuer 18€. Dario (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) spricht fließend deutsch

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer (leider ist der April noch kein Bademonat) und liegt günstig für Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Noto, Avola, ..... . Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect location, right next to the water, large front patio (private) and comfortable and cozy interior with Dishwasher and washing machine! Perfectly happy with this location and definitely will be returning. Manager was easily reachable and very friendly.

Unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem Objekt war sehr erholsam und problemlos. Alles funktioniert (Klimaanlage, Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank, warme Dusche) und die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer und sehr ruhig. Das Schwimmen bei 25° war eine Wonne, das haben wir mehrmals am Tag genossen (kurzer Zustieg mit Badeschuhen), und das Haus war für uns 3 Personen mehr als ausreichend - den größten Teil der Woche haben wir sowieso auf der herrlichen Terrasse verbracht. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Dario, der mir meine vergessene Halskette noch nachgeschickt hat!

Wunderbare Tage, direkt am Meer, in einer stilvollen, sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage, wenige Schritte zum Steinstrand. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter sehr gut.

Professionelle Objektübergabe, mit einem Ordner welche alle Details klärt und Auskunft über die Möglichkeiten vor Ort beschreibt, mit Adressen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Badeschuhe sind wirklich sehr wichtig, dann steht dem Spaß im Meer nichts entgegen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Dario hat uns in allen Bereichen super unterstützt, extra liebe Grüße an ihn.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. Super ausgestattet mit Gaskocher und Backofen - so muss man nicht zwangsweise essen gehen. Die Küste ist an dieser Stelle zwar steinig, aber man kann gut ins Wasser gehen. Wer etwas unsicher ist sollte lieber die Badeschuhe einpacken. Sehr, sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort - immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

This is no doubt a great property in a super location. Couldn't be closer to the beach, which even in winter, is a great plus. The house itself is lovely - it felt like holiday the moment we entered. There is a nice, large outside area which is perfect for dining outdoors and sun bathing. In the cooler winter nights we enjoyed the open fireplace, which also added a lot of ambience. The property description is a bit misleading when it comes to the number of rooms - the '2 single' rooms are in fact not separated by a door, and more compartmentalised, which can be an inconvenience, especially when expecting 2 separate rooms. We also think it should be mentioned that electricity would be an additional payment. The landlord and host were most hospitable. They explained everything in detail upon arrival and helped with everything we had requested. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Super Lage direkt am Meer. Hier kann man entweder einfach den Tag verbringen oder aber einige Städte in der Nähe erkunden. Man hat dort sehr viel Ruhe (vom Rauschen des Meeres abgesehen), aber dafür braucht man natürlich ein Auto um zu Restaurants etc. zu kommen. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber hat uns begrüßt und zu der Unterkunft begleitet. Ende September war es vom Wetter einfach ideal dort eine Woche zu verbringen.

Wir haben in den diesjährigen Pfingsferien zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus in Fontane Bianche verbracht! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus hat Charme, Charakter und eben gerade nicht die sterile Ausstrahlung eines Mobile Home. Die neue Terasse dürfte doppelt so groß sein, wie bisher und ist als "zweites Wohnzimmer" ein Gewinn! Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Bade- und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten unmittelbar vor dem Haus ließen uns den Sandstrand nicht vermissen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung ist die Lage dank idealer Anbindung optimal. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Dario! Der Support vor Ort durch Dario ist super freundlich, sehr professionell und absolut zuverlässig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La maison est idéalement située, à la fois proche de Syracuse (30') et en face de la mer, dans un endroit tranquille. La maison est pleine de charme, avec ses différentes terrasses et ses chambres. Le tout avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Seul petit bémol : les moustiques le soir. Dario assure un accueil de grande qualité, toujours à donner des conseils de ballades, des conseils pratiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Villetta molto particolare, costruita sulla scogliera con un bel giardino con piccoli terrazzamenti. Vista direttamente sul mare da dove è possibile fare il bagno sugli scogli. Spiagge facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Casa molto bella, arredata con stile, tuttavia un po' vecchia (infissi, arredo, ecc). Sono presenti molte scale, quindi forse non molto adatta per bimbi piccoli. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'assistenza impeccabile del host Dario.

A little bit old -fashioned but pleasant house, directly at the sea, very quiet and with a small nice terrace. In the area there are many attractive beaches, all shopping you need and the beautiful city of Siracusa. You can take rest in the afternoon on the long chair in the garden in the shadow. Great point of departure for the regional trips.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, viele schöne Orte sind schnell erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist nicht mehr ganz so schön, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, ebenso der Garten. Die Palmen etc sind nicht mehr da. Es ist ganz dringend ein Auto erforderlich, ebenso ist der Meerzugang für kleinere Kinder eher gefährlich. Besonderen Dank gilt jedoch unbedingt Dario, er verwaltet das Objekt. Er ist für jedes Anliegen sofort erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem haben wir schöne 2 Wochen erlebt.

Nous sommes tout d'abord arrivés dans une location qui sentait le renfermé et n'avait pas été nettoyée( nous n'avons pas eu de chance car à notre départ, 3 femmes de ménages étaient présentes pour nettoyer 🤔). Nous avons été accueilli par Dario qui est très sympathique et réactif. La maison n'est pas entretenue et aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation ( mur qui s'effrite, portes de cuisine recollées, décoration particulière...) Nous avons eu beaucoup de désagréments ( fosse sceptique pleine qui déborde, ballon d'eau chaude qui fuit, bouteille de gaz vide...)mais les propriétaires ont très vite réagit pour résoudre ces problèmes.Et en plus nous étions entourés de propriétaires de chiens qui aboient jour et nuit! Sans parler de la visite de nombreux cafards... Les magnifiques palmiers sur les photos ont été coupés et de ce fait pas d'ombre sur la terrasse... Bref tout ceci est bien dommage car la vue est superbe et la terrasse agréable. Nous étions content de partir... Bonne chance aux futurs vacanciers !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à l'emplacement exceptionnel. Une très belle vue et une situation qui permet sans trop de kilomètres de faire les visites qui s'imposent dans la région. A noter toutefois que l'intérieur très propre aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'une touche de modernisme.
