"The owner was very responsive, she got back to my messages very quickly! Im so picky about cleanliness, it can be a mansion but if not clean, I'm not having it, but this cabin was very clean. I was a little concerned since it is a little older cabin, but it really is clean. The river was wonderful , the towns dillsburo and sylva were quaint and wonderful. "Perfect home for a 3 generation stay. The creek was great for the kids to play in and explore. Owner provided tons of information and we loved finding the waterfall and swimming hole within walking distance. "

"It was a very lovely stay. It rained a lot so we didn’t get a chance to use the grill or fire pit, but would have enjoyed those amenities provided. Everything we needed was provided by the host inside the cabin, the bed was more comfortable than my own, and the view was just amazing. The location was perfect for exploring surrounding towns, only a few minutes to Cherokee, Bryson City, Sylva, and Dillsboro shopping and playing. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. "

"This small, unique cottage is not elaborate, but had all the things my brother and I (Ages 79, 80) were looking for in an "out of the way" location. Shopping BEFORE arriving is helpful because the nearest Grocery is several miles away. It is in driving distance of many wonderful places to see in the NC mountains. Not for everyone - but for us - it was great!"

"We loved the private location. It was beautiful surrounded by trees and the mountains. The cabin is truly a home away from home. It was clean and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and is furnished beautifully.It is so accessible to all the wonderful places to enjoy."
