Hampton's Cottage with a Pool Close To Sydney

Chanticleer Gardens' Barn Cottage is a barn conversion into a Hampton’s style Cottage. It sits at the rear of a English styled garden in the Arcadia/Dural district of Sydney
It offers a swimming pool approx 50 metres from the cottage for use.
It oozes romance and that weekend “getaway to the country” feel and is ideal for a group of friends wanting to escape the city or a family stay.
This country retreat offers a two bedroom cottage with two bathrooms, an large open plan kitchen, dinning and the cathedral ceiling lounge-room has a fireplace to snuggle around in winter. It is fully airconditioned.
Cafe style windows and French doors open onto an expansive covered verandah with views of a magnificent garden and rural acreage.
It is separated and secluded from the main residence, by a long avenue of Golden Elm Trees.
The pool is situated within the main residence and is for guests only..
It sleeps 6 + adults comfortably or 4 adults plus up to 3 children
The Queen Rose bedroom sleeps 2 with an extra bed possible for a small child.
The 2nd bedroom is the Cockatoo Studio and can be arranged as a king bed with a single sofa bed or an extra single or 4 singles altogether.
The lounge has a double sofa bed and another single is possible.
The Barn cottage has been designed to allow accommodation for 6 holiday guests
or with a Bridal Pre-wedding package it can sleep up to 7
(see Below For special occasions hire)

Packages:
We welcome small events such as bridal showers, birthday parties and small micro weddings with up to 16-20 guests including those staying in the accommodation.
As this is a separate category and classified as a Venue Hire not just accommodation it requires a two day book @750/night.
Bridal Showers are welcome but without "extra artists" such as wine waiters or strippers.
Photographers and videographers are welcome but No Drones please.
Commercial Hire of Chanticleer Gardens for filming or photography cannot be booked on this accommodation platform.

Fantastic

Beautiful property and Grada was so accommodating. Accepting our Woolworths delivery. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay swimming in their beautiful pool and wandering around the most beautiful garden.

Regret not staying longer!

The perfect space to relax while visiting Hornsby. Our only regret is not getting to the property early to enjoy it more. Super clean. Super comfy beds and linen. Everything you could think of need in the kitchen. With bonus condiments. 10+

Very lovely and quiet

Absolutely stunning landscaping/outdoor area with just as stunning interior. Peter was very welcoming and showed us around on arrival as there was no guide/guestbook or check in instructions prior to arrival. Our stay was perfect besides my friend waking up through the night due to dust in the guest room and also receiving a “gentle” check out notification by the host arriving and walking into the home to start clean up at 10:55am. Otherwise a beautiful time spent with girlfriends

Arcadian gem

This property is absolutely stunning. Nestled in a quiet street in beautiful Arcadia, this stay did not disappoint. From the stunning grounds, to gorgeous cottage, everything was perfect. Not to mention Grada and Peter who are absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this place!

The hosts were such lovely people with a beautiful home. The home itself was amazing along with the surroundings of the beautiful greenery. Would recommend to everyone :)
